1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the NextPOS platform, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our service.
2. Services
NextPOS provides a SoftPOS platform that enables contactless payment acceptance through smartphones. The service includes payment processing, merchant dashboard, and transaction reports.
3. Merchant Account
To use the service, you must create a merchant account by providing accurate business information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
4. Fees and Payments
Current fees are published on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change fees with 30 days prior notice. Transaction commissions are automatically deducted from processed amounts.
5. Acceptable Use
The platform must be used only for legitimate business transactions. Use for illegal activities, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
NextPOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees paid during the last 12 months.
7. Service Termination
Either party may terminate the service with 30 days notice. In case of terms violation, we reserve the right to suspend the account immediately.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tirana.
